Comments:
Tempo run at the rac,
walk to the rac with randal, slow WU, tony showed up. WU for 5:45
light stretches, than started the run with randal pacing, felt good :)
after 21 minutes we took a water break, again at 31.5. At 42 started to get a blister ran another minute but that's all I could do.
