HOT, i knew 2 miles in that i was dehydrated and it only got worse, dont know how i made it through this run in one piece..... i think that next week i will do 55 again just to get a week of running in this heat under my belt, then go up to 60 after next week, not on pace to hit 70 miles a week by the start of summer but i am still content about where i am right now
