By myself, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 40 min tempo (13), 10 min cooldown (10), lots of people in the cardio room but no one on the grey bikes, listened to Depeche Mode, HR was 150 - 165 for the tempo section, changed shoes and then headed outside.
