Comments:
quite hot and feet hurting at the beginning but I decided I'd suck it up and run the workout. Warmup drills etc. I ran the first few like 134, 136 then got more into 140, 143, 145, 140. Not terrible, not great though, had to do the last 2 barefoot because of feet which got really bad. overall felt a bit sloth-like from taking yesterday off, but I guess that was part of the plan. tired after, crunches after.
