Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cooler but was overdressed

Comments:
Ran short and easy this morning. I had steeple drills after and I need to lose 12 miles this week per coach's taper plan. So I only did 6. I can always get more tomorrow and after the 2k steeple if I need it. Felt fine nothing major.
After did lots of run throughs. I need them though. Me and Coach both felt that I made progress today. As long as I attack the hurdles I should be fine. I'm getting feeling smoother over them now. We'll see on Thursday. I'll practice this and water jumps again tomorrow.
