Went to the trainers as usual, standard 10 minute heat before plus an ultrasound heat session. Then the standard taping and off I went. For whatever reason, my knee felt much better today, barely felt it at all while biking. Just kept going until I hit the 30 minute mark and decided not to keep pushing it. heart rate was 150s for the first 15 minutes, after that I kept the rpms in the low 120s (level 8) and my heart rate stayed around 180.

Sleep: 5hrs (2hr nap in the afternoon)
