Thought the meet was going to be cancelled up until around 2:45. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken.

Just sat on the field as long as I could. Didn't feel great but managed a 4:49. Came through in 67, 2:20. 3rd lap was slow. Probably could have kicked harder so I think I can at least get under 4:40 by the end of the season.

Gene told me to "just run it as a workout." CHC kid still took it out hard, but again just sat back as long as I could. Not at an out effort, but still felt like crap even on the first lap.

Don't think my legs have ever felt this tired before. Definitely going to take a few days to rebound, and get recovered.
