Comments:
warmup lap, short drills then went on a short slow 19 minute jog then about a 5-6 minute jog to froyo. Really nice day for this, I think we all needed it, big week and whatnot. Didnt really feel like enough of a run, so hopefully something hard tomorrow or long this weekend! (mileage is dropping waaaay low this week....)
