Comments:
easy pre-meet down the trail and back. tomorrow's my first and last chance to qualify for conference so hopefully it doesn't get cancelled due to the bad weather they're predicting. today was the first day my knees didn't hurt in about a month so i'm feeling a good race tomorrow.
