Went in at 1 to talk to Jess and get some rehab exercises. Did those then got ultrasound with Biofreeze mixed into the gel. Got taped up and biked. Level 8, RPM's 155ish for the first 15 mins (hr 155-160),steadily more intense after that, HR peaked at 200. Felt pretty good, Jeff was next to me for the first 20 minutes or so, Mercer joined later. Watched Chris Kelly and David Dixon at steeple trials. I'd never seen anyone steeple before; it looks pretty tough.
