Comments:
This weekend is straight easy distance runs to recover. No strides, no tempoes, no nothing fast at al. Just LSD. Plan is to go 7, 6, 5 miles. Obviously got the 1st part done today. Felt pretty sore, then with about 5 miles to go felt like I had to shit...held it for the rest of the run successfully! Good stretching afterwards, might take a warm bath later too. This weekend should be quite peaceful.
