Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
stairs with william -- almost died!
hallway sprints + pushups/cruches with john = died
weight room with bobo (and his ship rope) = survived
so low in energy
not coughing as much
still dehydrated, but drank 4 bottles of water today so feel better
any moment throughout the day (including practice) that i wasn't in the middle of something, my body collapsed to the floor and gravity immediately pulled my eye-lids shut. when you can't even hold off the most minimal forces of nature, such as keeping your eyes open for just 2 hours of track practice, then you know your body is beyond exhaustion.
