Comments:
Went to AUs field because of a soccer game
could tell during the warmup laps that the uneven grass wouldnt be good for the foot, so asked to do on pavement
workout acutally felt really good, from the corner to halfway inbetween the end of the block and the top of the stairs (that doesnt make sense..) Felt really strong on all of them, even the middle ones which I definitely gave a little more love/focus to. It felt especially good because this was a workout where I felt like I was going fast. Then, 2x50 sprints across the field and one more lengthwise. Tired, foot/knee will probably be sore tomorrow, crunches after!
