Comments:
bad race. i thought i was in shape, but it felt way too hard to run a 59-60 first lap and i was just done after that. Maybe if i had another week of training i could i run a descent time but injuries happen. i'm going to keep training with the team to get in shape for the triathlon in may still. this wasn't the outdoor season i was planning on unfortunately. I was sick for the first 4 or 5 weeks and then got injured right after that. There's always next year though.
