Today i ran the 10k race. I Pr! by a lot. last year i ran 36:46, and now this year i ran 34:13!!
splits were 5:13, 5:32, 5:31, 5:30, 5:39, 5:42, and 1:03. I felt pretty good, i might have went out a little fast cause i slowed down a bit, but kicked with a 74 last 400m. Talked to lots of Ethiopian runners and some were in the olympics!
Patrick ran it too, he did alright. Overall a good race/workout. Now finally starting speed part of the season.
