Comments:
With David and Chris. I guess I changed my mind right before and did this before swimming. It was good. We did a warm up with Matt also around the quad, then we did the full warm up. Nice to stretch out the hips. Then 2 jumps into the sand pit, and 3 run throughs. Killed them all. Foot was fine, ankle a little weak, knee was weak too. Nice
