Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tempo workout.
Run with David, ran through AC row slowly to the rac, Warmed up for like 6 minutes, Stretches, Flats, strides, Started the run, same loop as always. Started off a little windy and my legs were a little flat but I just toughed it out and ran it hard.
David liked to push the pace, but I reined him in enough that we both survived. After the run We went to the RAC, did 10, 11, 12, pull up routine. Was very pleased with it. Did the medicine ball abs, were a little rough. Did a few leg lifts and than leg throws, My throws went really well, compared to Davids.
We walked to the the d-hall, but it was closed so I went and got a cheese steak, the guy gave me extra steak :)
studied the rest of the night.
