Comments:
Easy run with Zach, Strides were ok, Not amazing but my legs feel pretty heavy these days.

Went out to transfer took off shirt, went down through the park, got water, took a break to stretch and than went back to school. Wasn't too bad, didn't blow up but didn't feel good.
