December 3, 2008 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 20s, fresh snow!
Comments:
I woke up at 0600 in good spirits and wanting to do "something". After breakfast and packing up things, I decided I'd just run an easy puss loop in the fresh snow.
The run went well. I wore the brace again and felt zero pain in the usual spots. I am a bit sore in the patellar tendon (as well as the ITB a bit), but that's from the brace blocking me into place.
The run was really fun: the first "big" snowfall of the season for around here. It was actually deep enough (about 3" I bet) that it was almost tough/annoying to run through, but the novelty of (1) first snow and (2) being HEALTHY made it a fun run.
