Got taped by Chris and hit the bike for 40 min. Hr was 150-160 for the first 20 minutes, 180's for the next ten, 190+ from 30:00 onward, and 200+ from 37:00 to 40:00with a peak of 204. Level 8 steady just higher RPMs towards the finish. Felt pretty good.
