Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran out to the shoe tree with a northside loop addition with Nick and Tim. The road in the graveyard by the shoe tree was very muddy. Nick stepped in a huge hole too which got us caked. Anyways we went at a little quicker pace I felt. NBD. Ankle was fine while running, but still a little sore sitting around. Felt good actually.

Got back, did 4 strides with David, then got to work on stretching. Hammies, hips, stretch, roll, L7, planks, then Ice in the locker room. Didnt swim today. Decided to eat lunch at fribs because there is nothing to eat at grab it.

Probably do a short run again tomorrow, might xtrain not sure. Also debating striders in spikes, but might wait until we get there thursday.
