3 x mile @ 5k pace with 4:00 recovery (walked).

wanted to run this on a track but didn't get to. stassney/manchaca route instead (read: not flat). paid for the fast first mile on the last. overall, didn't feel great, but wasn't near death. scooted down to barton springs after for my first icy dip of the year.
