Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 8 hr.
By myself, 5 min warmup (lvl 10), 25 min tempo (13), 5 min cooldown, tried to turn on the TV but failed, so I just listened to Reel Big Fish and watched my HR, RPM, and distance constantly, HR maxed out at 172, which was higher than I expected (maybe, I am catching a cold), changed shoes and headed out.
