AU: blocks and 100 piton exchanges

Comments:
arms feel sore from lifting, particularly biceps, but at the same time, somehow stronger, err well, easier to swing maybe.

spent most of the time with Aja and Kate working on starting blocks (with John). it was great practice and will definitely come in handy for tomorrow's 100. started to get some nice speed work in as we did all these short sprints. i think that's really what i needed this practice- some quick foot work. felt good. kinda tired from my passover diet, but still, good.

dunno what i'm gunna do with my mile tomorrow. not expecting a great time, which i suppose isn't the greatest attitude. maybe i should be more competitive/confident? but its easier to not worry about getting hurt/disappointed.
