Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 4.5 - 7 hr? Woke up at 5:30PM and tossed and turned until my alarm went off.
5 min warmup (lvl 10), 4 * 5 min hard (15) w/1:40 recovery (10), 5 min cooldown, listened to Ooomph! And watched Sports Center, funny that the distance worked out the same as Wednesday, changed shoes and headed out.
