Haven't been logging my runs since 2008 (first semester of grad school). And haven't been running regularly since September 2010; after that I've averaged about one run per month. I decided I want to kick myself back into shape, and I think getting back into the habit of logging will help. Back in college having a log gave me the feeling that every day I ran or didn't run was going into a permanent record, which helped keep me feeling like each run was meaningful.
