Comments:
Most of this was warmup. I ran my leg, it was about 650. I was completely numb and nearly blacked out after it, so I decided to forgo the second leg. It has been a long time since I ran that hard, but looking back now, I miss it and I'm ready to go hard to get ready for cross. Also, Brian Link in jorts is a sight that cannot be unseen.
