3 mile warm up, plyos, 800m of ins and outs, hurdle drills. 200m splits were 31.2,30.4,30.6,29.9/30.1,29.6,30.3,29.9/29.8,29.6,29.6,29.5/28.7,29.4,29.6,28.x. Felt pretty good. the last set was pretty difficult to finish though. 2 mile cool down
