Elliptical Workout

My left heel is doing 110% better. There is still a very minor pain that is almost unrecognizable. Today again, I stayed true to my recovery plan and opted for an elliptical workout so I wouldn't exacerbate my injury. Yesterday after the workout I weighed in at 209lbs at lifestyles. My program that I selected was different than yesterday on the elliptical machine. I opted for the fat loss program rather than the Heart program. Today I burned 450 calories and I was able to manually keep my heart rate more in the zone that I wanted it to be. Another plus was that I could feel some burn sensation from yesterday in the upper body.
