Today I just wanted to try out my foot and see how it would hold up on a very easy walk jog program. I did the lifestyle loop with a 2min walk and two minute jog intervals. There was a slight twist. I did an elliptical machine workout at the club in the middle of the work out and I will talk about that in a completely separate workout. I think it went well I burned 483 calories alone in the walk jog portion and another 450 calories at the club for about 933 total.
