Today again, I stayed true to my recovery plan and added a walk/jog to and from the club to test out my foot to the elliptical workout. I did the walk/ jog so I wouldn't exacerbate my injury by doing a full 35 minute jog. Two days ago after the workout I weighed in at 209lbs at lifestyles. Today at home I weighed in at 208.2lbs! My program that I selected was the same as yesterday on the elliptical machine. I opted for the weight loss program rather than the Heart program. Today I burned 450 calories and I was able to manually keep my heart rate more in the zone that I wanted it to be. Another plus was that I still feel some burn sensation from Thursday in the upper body.
