windy workout

400-600-800-1000-800-600-400. felt good, despite the wind, but this was not the way this workout should have been. i need to get a grasp of the 75/76 pace without watching it every 200 meters. didnt look at my watch during the workout and i honestly dont remember the times, they were mostly fast i believe. i need to be able to ignore other people in workouts and races and run my own pace, it will be the key to running well at allegheny, which i get to run. makes me happy.

also had my meeting with coach. it was good and i definitely think we're on the same page, and i'm looking forward to the cross season. i've always liked cross more even though i've never been as good at it. time to change that. on a search for some confidence at allegheny.
