Did my first real long bike ride of 2011: the usual, but I kept going south along Lorane HWY to Lorane, then cut across to The Grove and back up on 99.
Knee was a touch sore at first, then perfectly fine. Beautiful day -- upwards of 60ish by mid-ride. Turned out to be longer than I expected: about 100K. Good workout, and a little water/salt depletion training.
No knee soreness afterwards, though I was damn tired!
