ran with ben on the second lake loop, then did coventry and back on euclid heights, really windy, met with coach today talk about the summer plan, peak at 70 miles per week, drop down to 60 for the season, i like the plan its going to be tough though..on a side note the outside of my leg is a little sore just above my ankle, hopefully it will go away
