Tough Workout

Weather: Finally Cooler! But Windy Also

Shoulda known that A.)Parkville would be using their track, it is a school day haha and B.) My legs would be tired from yesterday. Only got about 16 hours rest on them instead of the usual 24 but oh well. 6x400 then 4x200 on the inside of baseball field by my house. 100m jog in between each 400, then waited about 20 seconds and went again and 400m jog after 4th and 6th one. 200m jog in between each 200. Being on grass just made it that much harder in addition to the fact that my legs were pretty tired. If I was on the track was trying to get all 72 or 73's but chamged it to under 75's. 4:55 at the mile, 7:23 at the 1.5 mile and the 200s were 33,34,33,33. Still not too bad for the unusual circumstances. Tapering starts sundayyyyyyyy.
