Excite biked at work, after work. Knee felt pretty good but began to get sore -- in both knees, actually -- so I cut it at about 50min.
Not exactly sure what is "sore knees from biking a lot", vs joint pain -- I didn't really have ANY knee cap or medial pain -- just muscle -- but I cut it just to be on the safe side.
Did circuits.
