Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Did this after the ochem test. Xtrain today, after shooting some hoops with Perisa saw that the hurdlers were doing aqua jogging, so I jumped in and joined them. Went 25 minutes. It was a decent workout easy on the muscles. They left and I went 10 more minutes of swimming. I was really hungry and my stomach hurt so I cut it a little short. Also, morning workout tomorrow. Feeling tired.
Afterward, went upstairs to stretch with Alyssa. Static 2, roll, abs, then L7 before showering (almost forgot). Feeling a little sore and tired, but I think its because I am getting over sickness and the semester is wrapping up. Its sad, but summer will be fun, and I guess it is time to move on, and move up. I know my new goal, and the fun thing is it is definitely reachable, and it will hep out the team.
