washed up runners win races that win them food to make them fatter to make them more washed up, hahah. anyways, I had an awful split not even sub-4, I know I could be faster than the 3:27 I split last year but it didn't happen today.

left hamstring still felt lame, wanted to start running again Sunday, probably not gonna happen, but I need as much time as possible to get ready for sub-20:00 at Wadsworth's 4miler in 8 weeks.
