Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2.5 mile warmup, 1500 in 3:50, 1.5 c/d. splits were around 61, 61, 62, 45. got a little soft on the 3rd lap. 25 people in the race didn't help either. finished feeling strong aerobically but legs just wouldnt go. decent start.
