Weather: started out fine got colder
Comments:
Ugh pretty tough.. 4x200 increasing speed with 60 seconds rest after first interval, 50 after second interval, 45 after 3rd, and 4 minutes after 4th x 4. Target times were 32, 31, 30, 29 actual times were 1: 30, 31, 30, 29/ 2: 31, 31, 30, 29/ 3: 30, 31, 30, 29/ 4: 31, 30, 31, 29. Felt in control during the workout didn't really lose it even during the last set or anything but as soon as it was done i was just fried
