Back home. In the car all day, I think my legs could feel it. Did this bike a little late. After trimming a bit off the top, went down and just did 40 minutes. Felt good. I thought it was gonna be cold down there, but I ended up overheating.
Upstairs, did static 2, hips, hammies, roll, and L7 while watching the Office on the new TV. Then while doing planks, watched some Disney Channel. It was painfully bad. I had to turn it off. Legs feel fine, lower left knee cap is a little funky, probably just from sitting all day. Workout tomorrow at the high school track :)
