Weather: pretty darn cold

Comments:
4 sets of 4 x 200m repeats, supposed to hit 32, 31, 30, 28 with rest of 60 secs, 45 secs, 45 secs, then 4 min in between sets, couldn't hit the pace and just could not get my legs turning over quickly enough, went 32, 31, 30, 29; 31, 31, 31, 31; 33, 32, 32, 35; 33, 32, 32, 32; not great but i did it alone, probably will help but this one hurt
