Comments:
Tons of cancels at work due to the snow, so I had a long lunch. I forgot something at the Oakway office, so I ran the long way there, via VRC.
L heel TIGHT and PAINFUL from the get-go. Stopped to stretch a half mile in, but it didn't help. Stopped several more times, including on the bike path under 105 to do back stretches, thinking it might be referred.
Once at Oakway, did some more back stretches, then foam roll: NASTY sore. It's tissue. Uh oh.
Ran easy 2 back to Oak St with some legit pain stabs. Band news.
