Comments:
Run to au, drills etc, then was assigned to do a 4x200. During the striders I felt a weird ankle pop and ignored it. Went into first 200 and definitely felt the foot so ran pretty slowly...thought it would go away but it didnt after the 2nd so I stopped and ran around the track while the girls finished up and ran back. Hopefully this will work itself out, icing a lot tonight. And weirdly other random body parts have recently become really sore. will stretch a lot tomorrow/possibly ice bath.
