Felt amazing out there...
.5 mile warm up, 2 x 6 min. fast w/3 min. jog, then jogged until 2.8 miles and then went back out there for 2 more miles on bayshore by myself.
5:39 into the wind, 5:23 with the wind, then jogged a little more.
