workout with Jon, at the rac, new shoes, ran lateeee
run to the rac, drop stuff off, and than do warm up loop.
do the circuit like as fast as humanly possible lol, it was dumb but they didnt kick us out. felt ok... wish I had had more time, felt a little banged up but not bad.
