Fartlek Grid

Comments:
Did the fartlek in the morning on the streets again. It was nice out this morning, but it was starting to get hot out at the end. Suns out guns out.

Workout was:

Wound around the streets again. Luckily each street was long enough for me to fit in the 3 min interval so I didn’t have to back track that much. Felt sluggish this morning. The intervals felt fast, but I was tailing off at the end. Its hard to do intervals alone. I was happy that I could pick it up at the end though. Legs have just been feeling clunky. I think resting tomorrow might help.

Got back, static 2, roll, L7 then a leg hang while watching on of the various antique shows on history or spike… I don’t even know. Leg hang felt really good too

Again guessing on the milage. I know the warm up and cool down, but the fartlek could be anything.
