Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The heel felt garbagey last night: the calves are just ROCKED, as it turns out, and as they progressively tightened, it put pressure on the achilles.
Almost a pure cross training day: biked out to Goose Island. Was going to do 2 laps, but only did one just because I was worried and felt some "tightness" in the heel. Biked back.
Tough day. Not very windy, but the wind didn't help like it did last time...TIRING.
