About 8:15, ran to the JerZee via Church and back Center. Was moving pretty quick, got back at 8:55, its about 6:20 pace even though I thought I was somewhere around 6:45 or even slower. Felt good, a little tightness in my right hip but good other than that.

Stretched and rolled when I got back. Need to ice my right knee and achilles. I just need to find the ice cups in my super messy room...
