Weather: 50's, partly sunny

Comments:
1st run since Boston, started out fine but my right ITB got tight after a couple of miles. I'll go really easy this week to break back in, 3 weeks to the day since Boston. Every other day, 3-4 miles.....lots of stretching and strengthening this week.
